The loom and runner /placemats are not included in the kit but the images are included to show you what will be woven with this kit. This kit would be a perfect project for someone who is looking to build up their confidence in using their own loom creating the fabulous runner.
Whilst the loom is not included with this kit it is available as an option to purchase within our shop.
The kit creates a runner which is approximately 1.3m x 25cm with a 15cm fringe at each end or 4 placemats of dimensions 25cm wide by 18cm long. The pattern is relatively straightforward and would suit a beginner
The kit includes:
- cotton yarn sufficient to weave the table runner or 4 placemats
- a weaving instruction booklet
To use this kit you will need to have a rigid heddle loom with a 10 ends per inch heddle with a total of 100 (holes/slots). The runner could be woven with a 12.5epi reed with the resulting runner being slightly smaller. This loom is not included in this kit.
