This kit is perfect for someone who has a rigid heddle loom already and would like to weave this stunning 100% cotton scarf. A perfect project for someone wanting to learn to weave and who would prefer cotton rather than wool against their skin. The kit includes sufficient soft cotton yarn to weave the beautiful scarf in purple, navy and grey shades along with instuctions to weave the scarf.
The loom and scarf are not included in the kit but the scarf images are included to show you what will be woven with this kit. This kit would be a perfect project for someone who is looking to build up their confidence in using their own loom creating the fabulous scarf.
Whilst the loom is not included with this kit it is available as an option to purchase within our shop.
The kit creates a scarf which is approximately 20cm wide, 150cm long with an additional 12cm fringe at each end. The pattern is relatively straightforward and would suit a beginner
The kit includes:
- cotton yarn sufficient to weave the scarf.
- a weaving instruction booklet
To use this kit you will need to have a rigid heddle loom with either a 7.5 or 8 ends per inch heddle with a total of 82 (holes/slots) and 2 shuttles. This loom is not included in this kit.
